Simple yet powerful reminders that we all need somedays. I created these reminders to bring awareness to mental health issues like anxiety and depression. But I am now expanding these reminders to other causes that need these positive reminders within their community too. Such as the LGBTQ community, and others.

As an anxiety suffer myself, I understand the impact of a simple positive reminder can have on your mood. 🙂
