Make Your Own Anxiety Bracelet!

You have seen stretchy word bracelets before, probably even made them before… but you haven’t seen these. I call these bracelets my anxiety bracelets. Not only do they have a positive reminder or affirmation on them, they double as an aromatherapy bracelet too. With two lava beads on each end you can use essential oils with them. How Cool! I suggest lavender.

Using lavender and other oils for anxiety such as Chamomile help reduce anxiety. I chose to add positive affirmations and phrases like “ I am enough” and “breathe” so anyone with anxiety or any mental illness can look down at their wrist and read that positive reminder. Reading positive phrases and affirmations can help decrease those negative feelings that people with anxiety and depression get. It’s kinda like reverse psychology, if you say “I can’t”, you can combat that feeling with saying “I Can”.

I call these my anxiety bracelets because I make them when I feel anxious and they give me something to focus on.
