How It Started
My love for digital art started in high school, where I would spend hours crafting fun, expressive designs. However, my creative journey truly began as a way to cope with anxiety and mental health struggles. Art became my escape, a way to express myself when words felt too heavy. I found joy in creating digital illustrations and customizing designs that carried personal meaning.
Over the years, my passion evolved. I started sharing my artwork online and realized that people connected with my designs—especially those centered around mental wellness and pet rescue. These two causes have always been close to my heart. I grew up surrounded by animals and have seen firsthand the healing power they bring. I wanted to create something that not only celebrated that bond but also encouraged conversations around mental health
Starting Abby’s Creative Escape was a leap of faith. I had no business experience, just a dream and the determination to make it happen. I experimented with different styles, learned the ins and outs of print-on-demand, and slowly built a brand that reflects my values. Today, my shop is more than just a place to buy products—it’s a community of people who believe in kindness, creativity, and self-expression
