I’ve lived with anxiety my whole life, always feeling a little too sensitive and a little too overwhelmed. But creativity and animals became my safe place. Art helped me breathe again, and my pets — Max, Tank, Bandit, Buggy, and even Ozzie — taught me patience, comfort, and unconditional love. Through them, I rebuilt myself piece by piece. Today, I create cozy art, tell honest stories, and use my experiences to help others feel less alone. My journey isn’t perfect, but I’m stronger, softer, and more myself than ever.
