💬 Design FAQs
Q1: How do I order a custom photo collage or logo?
You can order directly through my Design Shop on this page. Each listing has details about what’s included and how to send me your photos or ideas.
Q2: What happens after I place an order?
You’ll receive an automatic email with a quick questionnaire so I can learn more about your design vision. Once that’s complete, I’ll get started on your design and keep you updated every step of the way.
Q3: How long does a design take?
Most projects are completed within 3–7 business days, depending on complexity and feedback time. If you need it sooner, message me — I may be able to offer a rush option!
Q4: Can I request changes or revisions?
Yes! Each design includes at least one free revision to make sure you’re completely happy with your final piece.
Q5: What’s the difference between your Etsy, Zazzle, and exclusive shop?
Etsy: My shop for ready-to-order and custom digital designs.
Exclusive Shop: My main shop right here on my website — where you’ll find exclusive items and personalized services not sold anywhere else.
Zazzle: My marketplace for customizable printed products like mugs, stationery, and gifts featuring my artwork.

Q6: What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit/debit cards and PayPal are accepted through my secure checkout.
Q7: Do you offer refunds or exchanges?
Because each piece is custom-made, I don’t offer refunds once design work has started. However, if there’s an issue, please reach out — I’ll always do my best to make it right!
Q8: Will I get a digital or physical product?
That depends on the listing!
Photo Collages & Logos: Delivered digitally (you’ll receive a high-resolution file).
Zazzle & Some Etsy Products: Shipped directly to you as physical items.
Exclusive Shop Items: Clearly labeled as digital or physical on each listing.
Q9: How will I receive my digital files?
When your design is finished, I’ll email you a download link to your final files in the formats you need (usually PNG, JPG, or PDF).
Q10: How can I contact you about an order?
