Welcome — You’re in the Right Place
Hi, I’m Abby. I’ve lived with anxiety most of my life, but only recently received a proper diagnosis that helped me understand my experiences more clearly. Since then, my journey has included ups and downs—episodes, breakthroughs, setbacks, and moments of growth. Healing hasn’t been linear, and that’s something I’ve had to learn to accept.
I created this page for anyone who has recently received a diagnosis, suspects they may be struggling with anxiety, or loves someone who is. Think of this as a gentle starting point—a place to better understand what anxiety and high sensitivity can look and feel like, without pressure or judgment. Take what helps, leave what doesn’t, and go at your own pace.
