I used to think I was “just shy” too… until I realized anxiety was running the show.

Let me explain it for the people who just don’t get it:

😰 Anxiety feels like your brain is in survival mode 24/7 — even when you’re safe.
You overthink every word.
You cancel plans and hate yourself for it.
You want to do normal things, but it all feels like climbing a mountain with no energy.

—

😞 Depression feels like being stuck in grayscale while the rest of the world is in color.
You’re tired in your bones.
You can’t find joy in the stuff that used to light you up.
And the worst part? You feel guilty for feeling that way. Even when life looks fine.

🧷 Having a mental illness is like carrying a 100-pound invisible weight everywhere.
You smile, you show up, you cope.
But deep down, it’s a fight — just to exist.
And no one sees it.

💬 “But you seemed fine yesterday.”
💬 “Just think positive.”
💬 “Why are you so lazy?”

We’re so tired of hearing these.

Mental illness is not a phase.
It’s not weakness.
And it’s not “just in your head.”

🫶 If you don’t get it — that’s okay. Just don’t assume.
Sometimes the best thing you can say is:
👉 “I’m here for you, even if I don’t fully understand.”

Yes, I battle mental illness.
Yes, I support LGBTQ+ rights.
Yes, I believe in equality.

But I also believe in stronger borders and protecting our country.
That doesn’t make me a villain — it makes me human.

If that offends you... that’s not my intention. But I won’t stay silent just because the truth is uncomfortable.

I’m not Republican.
I’m not Democrat.
I’m not Liberal.
I’m not “woke.”

I’m an artist — and I speak through my work.

In 2020, I posted a pro-Trump design during the election—and my account was reported, banned, and shut down. Just like that, everything I built was gone.

I had to start over from zero.
Now, years later, I have my own site and keep those designs there—off social media.

Here’s the truth:
👉 In 2025, everything feels controversial.
👉 But as artists, we don’t get to choose what inspires us—we do choose what we share.

Should artists stay away from controversy entirely? Maybe. Maybe not.
But I’ll never forget what happened when I didn’t.
